Experience Joy, Access your full Breath & Connect to the Power of using your own Voice” Join yoga teacher Ashley Reed and Siobhan Monette for a fun and invigorating experience of creating live music with mantra. Kirtan is a vocal form of praise, it is Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotion, through mantra.

Ashley & Siobhan will teach the mantras, and the group will chant these powerful Sanskrit songs together. Classes include a small movement & breathing exercises to help you remove any blocks, and prepare you for the full power of your voice! Chanting mantra does not require a professional singing voice – your voice as it is, is all that is needed!
