We are a team of Registered Massage Therapists who believe in a holistic approach, and the importance of effective, responsible healthcare.
Massage Therapy decreases muscle tension, stress and helps control pain. Perhaps less known is the effectiveness of Massage Therapy in treating deeper structures of the body such as ligaments, bones, joints, fascia, blood vessels, nerves and even organs. RMTs are primary health care professionals that use clinically relevant assessment tools to design personal, effective treatment plans for patients throughout their life span.

Whether for preventative maintenance, injury rehabilitation or relaxation, our massage therapists are trained to assist you in your recovery and support you in attaining and maintaining your optimal health and wellbeing.
Incorporating myofascial release, the mobilization of nerves and joints, active and passive movements, sports massage and a variety of other direct and subtle techniques, your massage therapist has the knowledge and listening skills to tailor each treatment to your specific needs.

Every session involves a brief interview and assessment, massage treatment, and suggestions for homecare.
New Patient – 60 Minute Assessment/Treatments $120
60 Minute Massage Therapy Treatments $120
75 Minute Massage Therapy Treatments $140
90 Minute Massage Therapy Treatments $160
Prices include 5% GST
We provide Direct Billing through most major health insurance benefits providers, including ICBC Claims.
We accept payment by credit, debit, cash or e-transfer.
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.
