Sara discovered yoga in high school, where she spent many months attempting to perfect her handstand. During this time, she happily discovered the calming and grounding effects of a regular yoga practice, and has since made it her mission to bring these benefits to her students.
In her classes, Sara blends strength-building poses with mindfulness techniques, focusing on breathwork and relaxation to help her students manage stress and stay grounded amidst the chaos. Her approach emphasizes resilience, awareness, and curiosity, fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
When she’s not leading yoga sessions, Sara works as a wildfire fighter, where she is lucky to be able to share the benefits of yoga with her crew (as long as they aren’t deployed!) She believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience level, and hopes that you will join her on the mat to explore the true playfulness of yoga.
