I’m Jada, a Pilates, yoga, and mediation teacher. My intention is to create a container for you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your body and breath. Through Pilates, I integrate breath, control and intentional movement to develop strength and stability as a way to support both physical resilience and deeper body awareness. Rooted in practices that have personally supported my own sense of balance and presence, my classes are designed to offer you practical tools to carry with you beyond the mat.
