HeART Yoga
A therapeutic yoga + art therapy immersion for nervous system healing, self-compassion, and authentic connection
In this intimate 3 or 6-week journey, you’ll experience the depth of therapy held within the safe container of a small, like-minded group. Guided by Marina Rachinski – a certified art therapist, and trauma-informed yoga psychology practitioner with over 600 hours of advanced training – each session blends the grounding of yoga, the insight of art therapy, and the soul nourishment of community.
No art experience is necessary – just curiosity.
This is not just a yoga class, it’s a sacred container, where you can restore your nervous system and process your life through movement, expression and connection. Students often describe these sessions as the most affordable therapy they’ve ever had—not because the work is light, but because the transformation is profound and tangible.
Each session will start with a check-in, then a yoga practice, combining mediation, movement and breathwork. Following the practice and a short break, Marina will offer a variety of prompts and directives to explore creatively with the art materials provided. At the end of the session, participants may choose to share their creative expression or anything about their experience within a confidential therapeutic container.
Choose the journey that feels right for you: commit to the full 6-week series ($444) for the deepest transformation, or step into one of the 3-week series ($246) to experience the power of yoga, art, and community within a shorter container.
What is art therapy and why does it help?
Art therapy uses creative expression – writing, painting, drawing, collage, and anything else you can imagine – as a gentle, nonverbal way to explore feelings and subconscious patterns, release stored tension, and access inner wisdom. You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit; the process itself supports healing by engaging the nervous system, opening new pathways of self-awareness, and allowing inner experiences to be seen and honored without judgment. In art therapy, the process of making is more important than the end product, and to be human is to be an artist. Nurturing your creative spirit reconnects you to your innate wisdom and vitality – a sacred flame that fuels healing, growth, empowerment, and the full expression of your authentic self.
Why self-compassion?
Decades of research shows us that self-compassion calms the body’s stress response, rewires harmful self-judgments, and creates an internal sense of safety – creating the conditions necessary to face difficult emotions, heal from past wounds, and create lasting change. It also strengthens resilience and restores connection both within ourselves and in our relationships, which is why this series combines breath, movement, expression, and community care to support integration and vitality.
The power of group connection
Healing in community fosters a profound sense of belonging and shared understanding. Being witnessed and supported by others on a similar journey creates safety, reduces isolation, and amplifies personal growth. In this container, authentic connection becomes a pivotal part of the healing process.
Through movement, creative expression, and guided reflection, you’ll:
- Release stress, restore from burnout, and heal emotional patterns
- Cultivate tools to regulate your nervous system and nurture self-kindness
- Experience the healing power of being truly seen and supported
- Access your creativity as a source of wisdom, clarity, power, and joy
Small group. Deep work. Lasting change.
Includes:
- Weekly therapeutic group sessions (2.5 hours each)
- All art supplies and materials
- Guided tools and invitations to practice between sessions and take with you beyond the series
- Access to Marina’s curated resources and ongoing support
This intimate program is limited to 8 participants to ensure individual attention and safety in our work together.
