Haley is not only a teacher at Balu but she also is the Studio Manager. She’s holds a key role in supporting Noelle and aiding in day-to-day operations. 

Hey there! My name is Haley and I’m originally from Ontario. I moved to Revelstoke thinking I would only be here for one winter season, but (luckily) plans changed and I’ve been here for nearly 2 years now! I started doing energy exchange at Balu shortly after deciding to stay in Revy long term. Being in the studio so often inspired me to do my yoga teacher training this October in Tenerife, Spain.

My yoga journey really started a few years ago during the pandemic, spending lots of time at home with my family, completing my Bachelors and YouTubing yoga classes online. Yoga has brought me so much healing and peace in my life, beyond what I ever could have imagined. As I dive more
deeply into this way of life, I find there is always more to learn and new ways to grow, both in my practice and my personal life.

I am so grateful to be a part of this beautiful yoga community here in one of my favourite places! I can’t wait to practice with you all xo
