Ecstatic Dance: A Monthly Gathering for Movement & Connection 

Come home to your body and set yourself free on the dance floor.

This once-a-month Ecstatic Dance series is a joyful, soul-nourishing space where you can express yourself authentically, shake off stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythms, while being held by the therapeutic support of a certified art therapist.

Each session blends guided movement, improvisational dance, mindfulness, and playful exploration to spark creativity, release emotions, and awaken joy. Think of it as equal parts therapy, community, and celebration.

Led by Marina Rachinski—yoga psychology teacher, art therapist, and lifelong lover of dance. Marina has studied many genres, from ballet to hip-hop, and has a deep passion for improvisational movement. She has danced herself through grief, joy, transition, and transformation, and believes that to be human is to be a dancer. Dance is medicine, celebration, a language of the soul, a portal to presence, and a powerful tool for reclaiming the self.

No dance experience is necessary to participate, just a willingness to move, play, and be present. Whether you’re processing something tender, looking for a vibrant way to care for your body, or simply craving the energy of free movement in community, you are warmly welcome here.
