A monthly class weaving yoga & ecstatic dance-inspired guided movement with astrology, somatic awareness, & energetic healing. 

Each month, we gather in alignment with the Full Moon, using the current astrological themes as a lens for embodiment, reflection & movement. The class unfolds as a supported arc; beginning with grounding & orientation to the cosmic energy, inner enquiry & yoga-inspired movement, gradually building into intuitive & ecstatic dance, & closing with integration through breath, stillness, and Reiki-informed energy work.

Movement is intuitive & body-led, supporting nervous-system regulation, emotional processing & deeper listening. Participants are invited to explore both gentle & expressive movement in ways that feel authentic & sustainable, without choreography, performance, or pressure to “do it right.”
