This weekend immersion is designed to build more clarity, purpose and develop skills to support yourself through these uncertain times. Through practices that included yoga asana, conscious connected breathwork, pranayama, meditation, ritual practice and nature immersion we will explore a deeper connection to ourselves through the energetics of the world around us.

The culture of normal has profoundly destabilized us, holding us back from the wisdom that arrives when we connect to the natural world. There’s nothing ‘normal’ about the wilderness, it’s in a constant state of death and rebirth, rights of passage are simply part of existence in the wild. Yet for us as humans living in structure and comfort, the importance of practice that help us move energy is a balm for soothing the things that are too big for us to digest individually.

Human beings once had a rich connection to the natural world, and lived vividly with awe and wonder – in concert with respect and practices that honoured the natural world and the forces that move though it. We will use evocative practices that stir the soul into new and interesting states.

Living in a culture that’s drawn to drama and chaos and sometimes appears void of conscious peace, we require greater understanding of the forces moving us, both within and outside.

This weekend immersion is for those seeking deeper resilience and grounding during challenges and day-to-day life. Practices which will help invoke rich connection to yourself and the powers of the planet that sustain and nourish us.

We’ll explore the nuance of building alters for meditation and devotional practices, invite in new ways of seeing the world and moving energies that keep us stuck or in fear.

When we move through somatic practices together, in community, we transform deep pains, hard to speak of struggles and things that we can’t make sense of the world – so that we don’t dump those untethered emotions into our communities and impact an already fragile eco-system of the human mind. Resourcing the natural world for finding purpose and moving energies associated with uncertainty and stress.

Practices will include:
