Memberships are non refundable, non shareable and non transferable.

Auto-Renew Memberships are not able to be placed on a hold. If you need to, you can cancel and re-start your membership after the 4 month period.

The billing date is based on activation date – the date you commenced your membership.

To cancel your membership, you must submit in writing the cancellation 31 days prior to your next billing date.

I agree to an automatic charge to my credit for the Monthly Auto Renew Membership and payment plan.

I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card, or an authorized signer on the bank checking account detailed below.

I understand that I will be notified if my credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card or checking account information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.

I understand that I will be charged $20 if my account becomes more than 30 days overdue.

These memberships are a min 4 month commitment.
I understand that if I cancel for any other reason prior to the min 4 months I will be required to pay the difference between our regular 1 month unlimited and the membership rate for the months of your valid membership, including the 31 day written notice required to cancel my membership.

I understand that my membership will auto renew, and I have the option to cancel anytime after 4 months.

As a business owner, I never imagined I would be in a situation where I would have to decide who could and couldn’t enter my business. Admittedly the stress and emotional upheaval that myself and other business owners feel is almost impossible to express.

Although I have no desire to police my community, I do want to serve our community in a healthy and respectful way and I don’t want to create more divisiveness. We have followed provincial health orders throughout this pandemic and will continue to do so.

As of Nov 1, 2021 the BC government is allowing regular class sizes to businesses that are following the vaccine passport. As of today our class sizes are increasing to 13ppl. At this point we will still keep our classes much smaller than prior to the pandemic. We feel that this is a good way for all of us to get comfortable being in space with other people.

Many yoga studio’s have closed across this country since the start of the pandemic. It’s been a tumultuous time economically and I’m grateful that we’re still open and I want to keep the studio OPEN for years to come.

Our studio philosophy has always been about the collective well-being of our community, and creating a safe place for you to come, both emotionally and physically. We are all doing our best to navigate this time, regardless of our personal beliefs we are more alike than different

<p>The BC provincial government has issued a requirement of vaccination for COVID-19 to participate in indoor group fitness activities starting September 13, 2021.

We understand that not everyone will feel this mandate is equitable. However, our business is dedicated to supporting the collective well-being. We’ve been asked to follow the health regulations, and we see this action as the best option to keep our business open.

Please provide proof of vaccination when you are asked.

You can book online or drop into the studio. Masks are required when entering the studio and in the building. You’re welcome to take your mask off to practice on your yoga mat, however if you feel better to keep it on you’re also welcome to.

We also have virtual class options for those who prefer.

We have spaces marked out on the studio floor for your yoga mats, as well as extra cleaning of props post class.

We’re excited to welcome you into the studio and thrilled to be offering yoga to our community.

We will continue to maintain class sizes to – 13 ppl + 1 teacher.

A reminder, we have installed a UV air filter which kills 99% of airborne and surface SARS-CoV2.
We also have an air outtake system in the studio.

You’re welcome to bring your own mat or rent one at the studio.

You can register online or drop in for classes (online health survey when you book classes). For those that register online you’ll be able to cancel pre-booked spots up to 1 hours before the class. Outside of that you’ll be charged $15 for no shows for unlimited passes and a pass deducted of 10 and 20 time punch passes. This is due to our limited spots per class and we want to keep available spaces for those who are able to commit to attending classes.
