Intro To Breathwork

An introduction to breathwork, this class will embark on a journey of activating and centering breath. Step into a safe space of serenity and exploration and join us for an inner voyage and support your body and mind all set to the rhythm of curated music and support and guidance from Maggie.
This guided session offers you the opportunity to:
• Turn down the volume of your busy mind
• Move from your logic, into your creativity
• Create mental space for clarity and innovative ideas
• Relax, release stress and calm your nervous system
• Reduce your risk of burnout
• Connect with your body, truth and values.
Breathwork is best experienced on an empty stomach.
Bring a mat, blanket and eye mask for comfort if you’d like and a journal to jot down any downloads that may come your way.
Activating breathwork contraindications:
• High blood pressure
• Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
• Asthma
• Heart disease and/or pacemaker
• Epilepsy
• Feeling unwell or sick
• Known trauma that’s not integrated
• Pregnant
• Any other medical condition that may post a risk
