Memberships are minimum 4-month commitment term, and will auto renew unless otherwise specified.
Memberships are non refundable, non shareable and non transferable.

No other discounts can be applied to memberships. If you are in need we do offer a sliding scale. Email yogarevelstoke@gmail.com to ask.

Auto-Renew Memberships are not able to be placed on a hold. If you need to, you can cancel and re-start your membership after the 4 month period.

The billing date is based on activation date – the date you commenced your membership.

To cancel your membership, you must submit in writing the cancellation 31 days prior to your next billing date.

Auto-renew membership terms:

I agree to an automatic charge to my credit for the Monthly Auto Renew Membership and payment plan.

I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card, or an authorized signer on the bank checking account detailed below.

I understand that I will be notified if my credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card or checking account information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.

I understand that I will be charged $20 if my account becomes more than 30 days overdue.

These memberships are a min 4 month commitment.
I understand that if I cancel for any other reason prior to the min 4 months I will be required to pay the difference between our regular 1 month unlimited and the membership rate for the months of your valid membership, including the 31 day written notice required to cancel my membership.

I understand that my membership will auto renew, and I have the option to cancel anytime after 4 months.

PURCHASE OF PASSES:

• All passes are non-transferable
• 1 Month Intro passes are 1 class per day.
• Passes or class drop ins must be purchased prior to attending classes

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Class Cancellations

Registered classes may be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this window will have the class credit returned to your pass automatically, no questions asked. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class, or no-shows, will incur a $15 fee.

Pass Refunds

All passes are non-refundable. This includes passes with unused classes remaining, and applies regardless of reason, including injury or illness. Passes with unused classes may be placed on hold in the case of injury — please email us at the time of injury, and before your pass expires, to arrange a hold. (Intro passes are not eligible for holds.)

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider forfeits any remaining value on your pass, including eligibility for a hold. You will also be responsible for any fees Balu Yoga & Wellness incurs as a result of the dispute. Please contact us directly with any billing concerns — we’re glad to work through them with you before it reaches that stage.

100% refund is available up to 3 weeks (21 days) prior to workshop, event or series. With written notice via email to yogarevelstoke@gmail.com

75% refund is available up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to workshop, even or series. With written notice via email to yogarevelstoke@gmail.com

Less than 2 weeks (14 days) no refund available.
