This is an intimate and transformative experience. If you’re looking to work deeper with your personal growth, learn and experience parts of yourself in a safe and supportive environment, this workshop may be for you.
It’s a dynamic, conscious breathwork practice strategically blended with movement explorations, bodywork, inquiry, and sound healing (via medicine drums, shakers, tibetan bowls, and more) to support the resolution and integration of stagnant physical, mental, and emotional states while providing deep nourishment and relaxation.

The Focus

How does Nūma Breathwork differ from other types of Conscious Breathwork?

Nūma Breathwork utilizes Conscious Breathwork as one of its key techniques yet is not limited to it.  In addition to the potent breathwork, Nūma Breathwork strategically incorporates select theories, principles, and techniques from somatic movement practices, somatic psychotherapeutics, and sound healing that bolster the breathwork practice and deeply support the client’s unique process.  The expansive view and strong foundational skill sets developed within Nūma Breathwork provides great flexibility for the practitioner when determining how to optimally implement the breathwork for therapeutic success.

Content & Schedule

What are the benefits of receiving Nūma Breathwork and Nūma Somatics sessions?

While the benefits vary from person to person and from session to session, in general the benefits of receiving a session include:​

  •  Deep relaxation of body and mind
  • Detoxification, restoration, and oxygenation of the cells
  • Improved respiratory functioning
  • An increased sense of and capacity for aliveness and pleasure
  • Recognition and resolution of self-limiting beliefs
  • Resolution of suppressed and repressed emotions
  • Reduced stress and increased inner peace
  • Development of new resources to engage life more stably and fully
  • Increased self-love, acceptance, compassion, joy, and trust
  • Deepening mental clarity, insight, expanded awareness, and spiritual growth
What to Expect

One conscious breath in and out is meditation.

Expect 20 min meditations. The first week will be an hour intro and conversation with meditation. The weeks following will vary with meditation techniques and styles and will also run about 20 min with structured conversations afterwards. Expect sessions to last 45 min.

Q. Do you have to attend in person?: There will be a limited number of in person spaces and online spaces as well.

Q. How many people can join this workshop?: 10 ppl in person and 8 ppl online.

Q. Can I continue on with the 21 days focused manifestation process if I participate online?: Yes, the option to join the manifestation process will be available to all who complete the January 1st workshop.

Q. Should I bring a friend?: It’s up to you, you can do this on your own or with a friend.

Q. Is this challenge right for me if I’ve never participated in any form of manifestation?: Yes, this course is perfect even if you’ve been practicing manifestation for years, or you’re new to it. You will come out of this course with a sense of clarity and purpose.
