This gentle class will help restore the mind and body. Classes may include meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations, and flow movement through yoga postures (known as asanas). This class is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
Yin Yoga (all levels )
The practice of Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues in the body, primarily the low back and hips. Yin Yoga involves holding postures for longer periods, the challenge being to hold stillness with breath. There is a focus on seated postures. The practice provides a balance to the more active yang practices. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Vinyasa Yoga (level 1-2)
Vinyasa means to place in a special way. This class is created with the idea of placing your body, heart & soul in alignment. This playful class will aim to inspire and to bring you to a higher level of comfort and ease in advanced asanas. Lively flow yoga is open to all levels but it will be directed toward intermediate and advanced levels. It is a great way to challenge your practice regardless of your level.
Beginner’s Yoga (all levels )

Deep Tissue Release Flow Yoga (all levels)
This focus of this class is to release muscle and fascia tension with the aid of massage balls. The props are placed strategically on tight muscles and with use of body weight & gentle yet specific movement of muscles groups a deep tissue release is possible. This practice can be similar to a deep tissue massage and has many similar benefits such as decreasing muscle hypertonicity, increasing circulation to adhered and overworked muscles and fascia thereby improving biomechanics musculoskeletal system. Expect some other movements and postures without balls in this class as well.

No experience required and all are welcome. You will receive guidance and tools for accessing your inner sanctuary of peace, healing and wisdom, empowered by group presence.
