Our teachers are kind, easy to talk to and just plain fun! Meet all our wonderfully skilled teachers, all of whom are certified by the Yoga Alliance of Canada. Our teachers offer a wide range of skills and background which will resonate a little differently in each of their teaching styles. All our teachers welcome feedback and any information about your health that you feel should be shared. Flow Yoga (level 1/2)
This class is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners, and will help restore the mind & body. Class may include some meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), sun salutations and flow movement through yoga postures (known as asana’s).
Flow (level 2)
A vinyasa style flow class. Vinyasa means to place in a special way. This class is created with the idea of placing your body, heart & soul in alignment. This playful class will aim to inspire and to bring you to a higher level of comfort and ease in advanced asanas. Flow level 2 class is open to all levels but it will be directed toward intermediate and advanced levels. It is a great way to challenge your practice regardless of your level.

Gentle Flow (all levels)
This class will help restore the mind and body. Classes may include meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations, and flow movement through yoga postures (known as asanas). Mellow Flow (level 1/2)
This class is designed to have flow yet be a class focused on soft movement with lengthening and stretching.

Slow & Deep (level 1/2)
Slow it down in this class, incorporating slower movements and deeper stretches. Suitable for all levels.

Stretching & Moving Slow (all levels)
This is a slow moving class with the focus of stretching, lengthening your body while moving slow and focusing on breath. There will be an option for hands on adjustments. Short time for pranayama and meditation.
Meditation - Sadhana (all levels)
Learn to empty the mind to come back to Self. Through easy and accessible practices known as Sadhana or spiritual practice, you’ll be guided in various Pranayama (breathing techniques), Pratyahara (withdrawing the mind from the senses), Dharana (one-pointedness) and Dhyana (deep concentration) exercises. No experience required and all are welcome. You will receive guidance and tools for accessing your inner sanctuary of peace, healing and wisdom, empowered by group presence.
