Flow Yoga (all levels )

This gentle class will help restore the mind and body. Classes may include meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations, and flow movement through yoga postures (known as asanas).  This class is suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

Yoga Foundations (all levels )

This class dives into the simplicities of yoga, continuously connecting to breath and building a strong foundation for a lifelong yoga practice.  With a strong focus on proper alignment, linking breath with movement, and creating calm in the body, it allows the nervous system for the body to recharge. This class will bring ease to your day and a deeper connection to your body. 

Yin Yoga (all levels )

The practice of Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues in the body, primarily the low back and hips. Yin Yoga involves holding postures for longer periods, the challenge being to hold stillness with breath. There is a focus on seated postures. The practice provides a balance to the more active yang practices.  This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Vinyasa Yoga (level 1-2)

Vinyasa means to place in a special way. This class is created with the idea of placing your body, heart & soul in alignment. This playful class will aim to inspire and to bring you to a higher level of comfort and ease in advanced asanas.  Lively flow yoga is open to all levels but it will be directed toward intermediate and advanced levels. It is a great way to challenge your practice regardless of your level.

Beginner’s Yoga (all levels )

This is a great class to learn the essentials of Yoga. It is suitable for new practitioners (and those who claim to be inflexible:) as well as seasoned practitioners who want to return to the foundation of yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga (all levels )

Experience the art of relaxation in a slow-paced healing journey designed to reset all systems to even better functioning. Learn how to use props to find your comfort zone and the yogic tools of visualization, mantra, mudra and pranayama to enhance your body’s natural healing power. As you delve with long cozy holds deeper into the connective tissue, the mind relaxes and energy is redirected to support restoration on all levels. Recommended for everyone, this knowledge can be adapted throughout your day to keep stress levels in check and enhance recovery.

Deep Tissue Release Flow Yoga (all levels)

This focus of this class is to release muscle and fascia tension with the aid of massage balls. The props are placed strategically on tight muscles and with use of body weight & gentle yet specific movement of muscles groups a deep tissue release is possible. This practice can be similar to a deep tissue massage and has many similar benefits such as decreasing muscle hypertonicity, increasing circulation to adhered and overworked muscles and fascia thereby improving biomechanics musculoskeletal system. Expect some other movements and postures without balls in this class as well.

Happy Hips & Back Yoga (all levels)

We all love a yoga class for hips, and this one will guarantee many hip openers in a flow style class Playful Flow (all levels ). We all need a little (or a lot of play) in our lives. This class is for those who love trying new things and turning up the beat of life. 

Empowered Flow (all levels)

This class will light up your heart as we move through a gentle yet strengthening flow. In this class we practice meditation, sun salutations and creative sequencing. As we’re playfully challenged when moving through postures, this practice will encourage growth mentally and physically and naturally benefit you off your mat.

Pre-natal Yoga

This class offers expectant mothers a holistic experience in their experience of pregnancy, labour, and motherhood. This class will explore gentle postures, breath work, and visualization. It will help you develop a greater awareness of your body and guide you in gentle stretches that are appropriate for pregnancy. This class is suitable for any stage of pregnancy.

Strong Core Flow (all levels)

Let your stress melt away with this amazing practice. Prana fusion helps draw energy and movement into the body by utilizing ancient practices such as pranayama, meditation, and guided imagery. You will bring strength into your body by developing your core and practicing alignment. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle Flow (all levels)

Embodied Flow (all levels)

Embodied Flow nurtures body connection from the inside out. This somatic-based practice focuses on feeling and connecting to sensation in the body  while moving through different yoga poses and sequences. Throughout this yoga flow we will practice shifting attention to the good sensations in the body, thereby practicing the art of feeling good in your body.

Meditation – Sadhana (all levels)

“Practicing meditation on a regular basis is like wiping the dust from a mirror every day. In a clean mirror you can see yourself clearly. Similarly, in the clean mind the Self is seen.” Baba Hari Dass

Learn to empty the mind to come back to Self. Through easy and accessible practices known as Sadhana or spiritual practice, you’ll be guided in various Pranayama (breathing techniques), Pratyahara (withdrawing the mind from the senses), Dharana (one-pointedness) and Dhyana (deep concentration) exercises. No experience required and all are welcome. You will receive guidance and tools for accessing your inner sanctuary of peace, healing and wisdom, empowered by group presence.

Strong & Slow (all levels)

Yoga is about connection, and this class will help you to connect more deeply to your own inner strength, with a slow but powerful sequence of postures meant to challenge you and fix your focus on the present moment. Often when we move quickly, we graze past our weak or tight spots. It’s when we slow down that we’re forced to sit in those areas of discomfort, to learn & grow through the postures & the process.
