Tricia’s teaching style emphasizes mindful attention to alignment and breathing, designed to heal the body and ease the mind. Classes focus on cultivating a balance between strength and fluidity, nurturing a kind curiosity about self and life. Expect a practice which is challenging yet will meet you where you are- her goal is for you to have benefits both on your mat and with what you take off the mat with you.
