Sheri’s ongoing curiosity of ‘How?” and ‘Why?’ the body moves as it does has prompted ongoing continuing education in both yoga and massage therapy. She is fascinated with the anatomy of the spirit and how yoga, the union of the body and mind, can create and sense of peace and solitude within. What she knows for sure is that yoga is medicine for the body. Through the practice of slowing down our thoughts we enter into a space of stillness where we can reflect, feel our true self and connect with our heart. All of which enables us to absorb the benefits of yoga for ourselves and then share it with the wider world.
