After many years of practising a variety of different yoga styles Nat travelled to Bali in 2013 to complete a Yoga Teacher Training (200YTT) and has been teaching yoga ever since. Nat continues to study the sacred practice of yoga, attending immersions/workshops whenever possible to further develop her teaching. Most recently she travelled to Koh Samui in 2019 to compete an Advance Yoga Teacher Training (500YTT), as well as returning to Bali in 2018 to complete a Prenatal Teacher Training (RPYTT).
Nat’s intelligent sequencing balances the body by syncing breath with mindful movement, nurturing an awareness of correct alignment to strengthen the body in a sustainable way. Empowering your wellbeing through focused physical effort and simultaneously completely surrendering into the present moment to release tension and allow a sense of ease.
Nat believes that dedication to a regular yoga practice can generate a positive ripple effect that continues to benefit many aspects of your life and the world around you.
