Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Meg cultivated her yoga practice as a way to steady herself through a seasonal lifestyle in her early 20’s. She found it brought her grounding, a sense of peace and so much strength & healing in her body after many seasons of skiing & traveling. It became less about the physical postures of yoga and more about the love affair with the effects it had on her mind, spirit and how it made her body feel. After moving to Revelstoke in 2014, she took her 200hr Hatha Teacher Training under Shirlee Williams right here in Revelstoke. Meg loves beach frolicking, creating, growing her own food and being outside. As a doula and a mother of a 2 year old, Meg feels she brings a unique perspective to her teaching through these experiences and believes in how powerful a yoga practice is as a tool to opening our hearts and sharing our blessings and hardships in a sacred space.  You can expect great attention to safe alignment, and themes that place immense value on truth & honesty, light and playfulness from a class with her. Meg feels it is a great honour to be a part of raising our community vibration in Revelstoke through yoga and she looks forward to sharing this beautiful space with you!
