Erin was born and raised in Salmon Arm and completed her post secondary degree in Human Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.  Upon completing school, Erin took her open heart and an empty passport and began exploring the world on her bike.  She has been a guide for an active travel company for the better part of 12 years and this ‘job’ allows her to quiet her wanderlust heart and continue to explore her passion for travel and for meeting new people.

Erin’s yoga journey began strictly out of curiosity while on her worldly travels.  After her initial introduction to the mat, she became more and more drawn to the simplicity of moving from posture to posture in alignment with the breath. It was then that Erin started to explore the deeper dimensions of what it means to live intentionally and mindfully. In 2018, Erin completed her 200hr YTT at Kamloops Yoga Loft with Todd Inouye. Having not grown up in a spiritual house Erin’s deep exploration of the origins of Buddhism and her exposure to traveling and working in South East Asia over the past decade has allowed her to begin to shift internally and allow her spiritual light to shine brighter and guide her towards her true purpose.  In Erin’s class you can expect a curious and playful approach to what showing up on the mat means.
