Jadah

Jadah’s yoga journey began with a yoga DVD by Eoin Finn in high school. From there, yoga was a consistent support in her athletic and academic pursuits. When she found yin yoga, her meditative and spiritual practice deepened profoundly and she found herself craving a deeper, daily practice.

As part of her yoga journey, Jadah pursued yoga teacher training under the tutelage of Natalie St. Hilaire in Calgary at the Yoga nova studio in November 2019. Wanting to expand her yoga practice, she pursued hot power yoga teacher training in the Baptiste method.

Jadah was very fortunate to receive a grant from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada to implement a yoga class for inpatients at Rockyview General Hosptial. This class was enthusiastically met by patients, and she teaches a full yin/restorative class on Wednesday mornings, outside, if the weather cooperates.

Jadah is a very passionate animal lover and rescue dog mom. All of her yoga salary goes to the Revelstoke Humane Society, and she collects donations for them weekly at her classes.

Jadah hopes to inspire you to love yourself, those around you, and most importantly, all the animals, in each of her classes. Expect some deep physical and emotional releases, challenging  holds, and a new found lightness in each of her classes.
