Join Laura this Spring to kickstart your health! This programme is designed to support you to have great health and boundless energy, and could work great alongside the Balu Yoga Challenge or as a standalone programme.
The Spring Nutrition Reset is 4-week programme focused on supporting detoxification and optimal balance in the body. Each week, you’ll receive a PDF via email with food and lifestyle recommendations. You can pair these with additional supplementation to give the body an extra boost! There will be food and lifestyle recommendations and optional supplementation. At the beginning of the month, Laura will host an in-person workshop where she’ll break the programme down, and give you a chance to ask questions.
Week 1 – Focus on whole-foods
Week 2 – Support detoxification through liver and gallbladder
Week 3 – Boost gut health and digestive function
Week 4 – Improve our sleep and recovery
Laura is a registered holistic nutrition with 6 years experience working one-on-one with clients. She loves supporting people to understand their own body and physiology and help them live incredible lives.
Starting Thursday on the 1st of May, we’re dedicating this month to ‘detoxification and spring cleaning’ of the body. Participating in the yoga challenge alongside is optional.Each week, you’ll received a email with a PDF of 2-4 nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to focus on for that week alongside info on why and how these practice will help support the body.Kickstart the programme with a workshop Friday the 2nd of May at 6.30pm, you can come and ask questions, Laura will speak about the liver, gallbladder and digestive system which are all vital parts of our detoxification system. This will be recorded if you can’t make it. There is an additional (optional) supplement which you can pair alongside the programme.$59 for the programme and workshop
