Mindful Movement Yoga Workshop
The yoga practice has many layers to it.
In this workshop you will learn and dive into the layer of mindfulness.
You will gain a deeper understanding of your mind through seated meditation, moving meditation and a balance based practice. Bring awareness to your typical thought patterns. Learn tools to strengthen your mind, how to reshape the waves of your thoughts and the patterns you think in so that you can better understand yourself.
In this workshop you will gain a deeper understanding of your mind that you can shape it in a way that serves your best.
Through yoga, she has found a deep connection with herself as well as a community of like-minded people. Yoga has taught her how to be more compassionate. How to be more open-minded. How to be kind to herself. How to listen to her body and soul so that she can nourish both. She has learned how to breathe when breathing seems to be the last thing one could possibly do.In June 2014, Louise completed her 200 YTT with Julia McCabe in Pemberton, BC. Teaching yoga has brought her to Japan, twice, teaching in a ski town & spending her time snowboarding in paradise. Her love of snow, mountain town vibes, and beautiful views has finally brought her to Revelstoke. She has taught a wide variety of yoga from gentle restorative & yin classes to power vinyasa classes.Louise believes in alignment and integrity within ones practice. Louise loves to let her personality shine with thoughtful, fun, integrated, and heart filled classes.
