ACRO YOGA
ALL LEVELS
Acroyoga is a physical practice that combines elements of yoga, acrobatics, dance lifts, cheer, and Thai massage. It is a partner-based activity that involves three main roles:
Base: The person who has the most contact with the ground and supports the weight of the flyer.
Flyer: The person who is lifted off the ground by the base.
Spotter: The person who ensures the safety of the flyer and provides guidance to the base and flyer.
Acroyoga incorporates dynamic movements, inversions, and trust-building exercises. It aims to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness through the interaction between the partners.
All levels and abilities are welcome! No partner or previous experience required. Just curiosity.
