Restorative Yoga & Soundbath

Details

SUNDAY JULY 9 – 7:15pm

This special event will be an exploration of deep rest and a mystical experience. You will be guided through a restorative class that is accompanied by a soundbath. It will be an absolute treat. Expect to leave feeling recharged, nourished, peaceful and blissed out.

Join Chris Noble and Tennyson King as they offer you ‘music as medicine for the soul’ while using the power of 432 HZ tuned music, binaural beats, Chinese instrumentation, solfeggio healing frequencies, and nature soundscapes to create soothing tones. The session involves simple breathwork to relax the body and mind, body scans, music and sound journey (instruments & singing). Tennyson draws from his Chinese ancestry to bring a sound healing and meditation journey to all open minded individuals. Using elements of Qigong breathwork and meditation with sounds from his Zhongruan blended with the soft pads and piano sounds performed by renowned sound healer Chris Noble.
This workshop has been shared at Shambhala In Your Heart Festival (Thailand), Steamboat Mountain Music Festival (Canada), Vancouver Island MusicFest (Canada), Knockengorroch Festival (Scotland), and more…

Details & FAQS

The Focus

How does Nūma Breathwork differ from other types of Conscious Breathwork?

Nūma Breathwork utilizes Conscious Breathwork as one of its key techniques yet is not limited to it.  In addition to the potent breathwork, Nūma Breathwork strategically incorporates select theories, principles, and techniques from somatic movement practices, somatic psychotherapeutics, and sound healing that bolster the breathwork practice and deeply support the client’s unique process.  The expansive view and strong foundational skill sets developed within Nūma Breathwork provides great flexibility for the practitioner when determining how to optimally implement the breathwork for therapeutic success.
