This workshop style class is designed for those who are looking for a little inspiration in their practice. Or maybe ready for to try some new postures.

This class is suitable for intermediate (feel comfortable in classes above a beginners level) and beyond practitioners. The focus will be on having fun while learning how to open and strengthen your body in order to prepare for arm balancing.

Kristie is a Physio + Yoga Therapist with a special interest in pelvic health and pain science. We will spend the afternoon learning, breathing, exercising (gently) and creating a safe, supportive space to ask questions and discuss all things pelvic health related.

In this workshop Kristie will help you: Take charge of your health; gain the knowledge and support you need to give your body what it needs and take positive action steps at any stage in life.

50 Hour Yoga Immersion

An Immersion designed to guide you into a greater understand of yourself & the ancient practice of yoga. Are you ready to step into the brilliance of who you are? To unclutter your mind and develop skills that allow you to find grace in your day to day, even when life turns upside down. In this course you’ll explore aspects of yourself, by stepping into the practice of yourself. Yoga means ‘Union’ :: Union to Mind, Body and Spirit. You will learn skills that will help awaken what you already know in yourself and discover ways to implement the ancient teachings into your modern day world.

We will do a lot of self exploration with guidance and examine your current place in the world and where you want to move towards. With that insight we will work together to help devise a plan for your future and your heart.

It was time for me. This five day experience brought me to a greater version of myself. Someone I knew was there all along but I wasn’t able to tap into. Noelle gave the tools and held the space for us to development as much or as little as we wanted. The small intimate group was the driving force to where each day went. Like a river, Noelle let us flow through the days at a natural pace set by the group itself.
The morning asana and mediation helped prepare us for an afternoon of discussion. The wealth of knowledge Noelle shared is a great gift, yet her ability to pose questions for us to ponder was equally enriching.
