Tanya has been an athlete her entire life. She was a competitive gymnast and was raised in a family that spent most of their free time doing recreational sports. She has participated in group fitness classes since her early twenties and continues to challenge herself keeping up with all the latest fitness trends. She is married and has three beautiful children. She continues to pass on her passion for the outdoors and fitness to her children whom are all part of many athletic organizations within our community and has become a volunteer coach with the Nordic Ski Club.
Tanya has completed her BCRPA certifications in group fitness and weight training, has completed her 200 hour Gaiatri Yoga Alliance certifiable Teacher Training, is a certified cycling instructor, Qualified TRX Group Suspension Trainer Instructor, and completed the Level 1 Coaching and Conditioning Specialist Certification with COREFLEX.
Tanya’s passion for fitness, health, and mental health is contagious and her enthusiasm and energy shines through in the many classes she teaches.
