Anna began discovering the correlation between healthy posture and healthy mindset during her early 20’s. She was in Berlin at the time, studying theater, acting, and movement based training that included yoga for actors, ballet and movement improv. She was inspired by the healing and strengthening effects of healthy physical alignment and its positive effects on mental and emotional well-being.
After moving to Revelstoke in 2011, she practiced Tai Chi/Chi Gong with Eve Wolters, which increased her awareness of physical/mental well-being and moving energy in the body. In 2014, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Banyan Gallagher at Anamaya in Costa Rica. Her Vinyasa Flow style practice focuses on quieting the mind by shifting attention into the body and onto the breath.
