The act of singing is an act of vibration, which reverberates through the entire body and ignites the chakras, connecting us to each other and to ourselves. This very act can be deeply therapeutic – especially when done together as a group. Age-old traditions such as chanting, mantras and hymns are embedded in the meditative aspect of producing sound and accessing higher states of consciousness.
