It’s the time of year again when we dive back into our yoga challenge.
Why do a challenge?
Learn to LOVE your body: We all struggle with ideas of self doubt and Yoga has a powerful was of teaching us to love ourselves. It comes from being on your mat, being present with yourself, and discovering the beauty within.
Feeling joy & happiness: We’ve all felt it – the feeling when you leave a class and you feel lighter and able to deal with anything that comes your way. On your mat you learn to let go, to smile more, to not take the little things too serious, and find enjoyment in just being you.
Feeling like nothing is impossible: This is a natural side affect from feeling joy & happiness. There is a strength within – that is more then the muscles and building a strong body that comes from a challenge. That strength reminds you that anything is possible. You learn to get out of your own way, and find your courage and do the things you’ve held back from. You accomplish HUGE goals with a challenge and that can remind you of your ability to move mountains
Make new friends & build bonds: Not only to do make new friends and build new bonds within the community. But you also feel more connected to those already in your life.
