Finding it hard to have a balance in life? Finding yourself tired or dissatisfied? Feel like you are always giving of yourself and yet not getting what you deserve in return? It is time for you to find the balance in life – the balance between giving and receiving.
Join Randa in this powerful workshop where you will learn about how we can use love and compassion in a balanced way to achieve happiness. In this workshop will combine Qigong, meditation, journaling and other healing tools. We will also work on building up and storing our energy for the winter season to come. Randa will also teach you a powerful qigong method of healing you can use on yourself and on others.
Expect to feel rejuvenated and refreshed with a strong sense of self and the tools to access your inner peace and happiness!
Beginners to experienced welcome. Qigong is a gentle, yet powerful, moving meditation. All movements can be done standing, seated, or lying down. Please bring a journal, pen/pencil and your favourite mug so we can share a cup of tea.
Randa’s journey to holistic health and wellness began over 20 years ago, through yoga and meditation. She is a certified Energy Healer, Reiki and Qigong practitioner and is passionate about helping others. “I strongly believe we each have the innate capacity to be fully and completely healed, sometimes we just need a little help.
