Do you want to share the benefits of yoga with your child?
This 7 week series will help them to be more present in their bodies, learn ways to calm their mind, improve strength and flexibility and become more adaptable to stressful situations in their lives. It will be a playful way for children to learn and experience yoga, breath work and meditation or relaxation techniques while beginning to feel the calming effects of having a yoga practice.
The intention of this class is to foster a supportive and fun environment for children to relax, unwind and ground into their bodies. There will be movement, breathing, meditation, savasana, journaling/reflective time and group discussion each week. Please have your children bring their own mat to class.
*minimum of 7 children required to run the series
