The Sacroiliac Joint is located between our hips & quite often this joint is involved in low back pain and can couple with sciatic pain. Sciatic pain or ‘Sciatica” is nerve pain travelling down the back of the thigh.

- Gentle movements to improve fluidity and alignment of the SI joint
- Anatomy and healthy movement
- Common causes of SI joint dysfunction
- Helpful tips to prevent SI joint pain.
